Ms. Sharon Pe Benito is a veteran K to 12 educator and school leader who has served as a classroom teacher,  instructional specialist, teacher specialist, assistant principal, and vice principal across preschool, elementary, middle, and high school settings in the United States and overseas. Her experience spans public school districts, an international school, and private schools, giving her a global perspective and a deep understanding of how to create classrooms where all students thrive.

A transformative and student centered leader, Ms. Pe Benito is known for strengthening Tier 1 instruction and building a culture of data driven excellence. She prioritizes clear curriculum alignment, effective small group teaching, and purposeful coaching to ensure high quality learning in every classroom. Her leadership fosters language rich instruction and strong family partnerships that help all students, including Emergent Bilinguals, succeed.

Ms. Pe Benito holds a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston Main Campus and multiple Texas certifications including Principal as Instructional Leader, ESL, Special Education, Science, and CTE. She has led high impact professional learning, guided campus improvement initiatives, and served on state level academic review committees through the Texas Education Agency.

Warm, approachable, and deeply committed to students, Ms. Pe Benito believes school should be both challenging and joyful. When she is not on campus, she enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures and cuisines, and bringing those experiences back to inspire curiosity and a love of learning in her students and staff.
