About Our Team

Referring a Student to the School Social Worker/Counselor

School staff can make referrals by completing a Social Work/Counseling request form through Google Forms. Please send an email if you wish to schedule a meeting.

School Personnel

Parents or Guardians can request services by completing the Social Work/Counseling request form below, calling, or emailing the Social Work/Counseling department to discuss concerns with their student or to schedule a time to meet.

Parents/Guardians

Students may request Social Work/Counseling services by asking a teacher to email me to request a time to meet with us.

Student Self-Referral

Note: Mrs. Harrell’s and Ms. Garza’s offices are located in the 5th/6th grade building. Mrs. Harrell is located in (Room 115) and Ms. Garza is in (Room 114).
