Requests for Proposals
Notice is hereby given that Etoile Academy, Inc. intends to examine methods to provide vended meals to
students for its two schools which share a campus. Contract pricing for meals and services provided by
Vendor to the School shall be based on a fixed fee model.
No offer of intent to enter into a contract with any party for vended food service should be construed
from this legal notice. The School will enter into a contract for services only if, in the sole opinion of the
School, it is in the School’ best interest to do so.
